The Down Syndrome Guild is now accepting scholarship applications to attend the 48th Annual National Down Syndrome Congress (NDSC) Convention June 25-28 in New Orleans, LA.

Each year, thousands of people from across the globe attend the NDSC Convention.  For most, it’s to hear the latest information from world-renowned experts.  For others, it’s a great vacation. But, for nearly all, there’s the one-of-a-kind family reunion feeling that permeates the convention weekend. Complete details about this year’s convention can be found on the NDSC website at

Please note that in an effort to better support the mission statement of the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas ("DSG"), which is "to provide accurate and current information, resources and support for people with Down syndrome, their families and the community," all social programming events sponsored by the DSG will be offered to people with Down syndrome and their families. Social event attendees must be active members of the DSG and have a diagnosis of Down syndrome.
