Camp Summit offers year-round (week long, weekend, and one day) opportunities to experience the joy of camp 100% barrier free.

Day camp that incorporates sports and recreation, arts and crafts, dance classes, worship, prayer, Bible studies, family cookouts, themed parties, water day, and more for children with special needs.

DOWN HOME RANCH
Elgin, TX
Down Home Ranch is a 410-acre working farm with a mission to empower the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through social, educational, residential, vocational, and summer camp opportunities.

HEROES
Richardson, TX
Day camps that run for six weeks during the summer, four to five days during the winter, and three days during Spring Break. Students (ages 3 to adulthood) experience an array of therapies, social skills training, team building activities, vocational training, and facilitation of their independence.

ICAN SHINE BIKE CAMP

iCan Shine’s iCan Bike week long program is designed to teach individuals with disabilities ages 8 years and older how to ride a conventional two-wheel bicycle.

ICAN SHINE SWIM CAMP

iCan Shine’s iCan Swim week long program is designed to teach individuals with disabilities ages 3 and older the foundation of safely enjoying aquatic environments and promoting as much independent movement in the water as possible.

TEXAS LIONS CAMP (TLC)
Kerrville, TX
TLC offers a number of types of camps each summer, which are divided into three categories: Camps for children who have physical disabilities, camps for children who have Down syndrome, and camps for children who have type-1 diabetes.
