INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT (IDEA)
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is a law that makes available a free appropriate public education to eligible children with disabilities throughout the nation and ensures special education and related services to those children.

TEXAS IDEA MANUAL
A manual for parents and students about special education services and supports in Texas. This version of the IDEA Manual has been updated for the 2022-2023 school year and reflects the changes from the 2021 Texas legislative session.
