A panel of representatives from Lifepath Systems will cover what families need to know regarding the Medicaid Waiver Interest List, service coordination (waiver and non-waiver), provider services, supported employment as well as crisis information from the Collin county perspective. This seminar will also be applicable to families residing outside of Collin county who are served by a different local intellectual and developmental disability authority (LIDDA) like Metrocare or Denton County MHMR. While some service options may differ from county to county, information regarding the waiver programs will be similar across all counties in North Texas.
Presented by Lifepath Systems:
Brandi Hazelwood (Director of IDD Services); Ashley Hart (Eligibility and COS Specialist), Juan Morales (Crisis Intervention Specialist), Summer Pyles (Crisis Intervention Specialist), Sandra Nalley (Program Administrator for Authority Services), Angela Lockhart (Program Administrator for Provider Services), Natasha Spencer (Mentor for Service Coordination) and Peggy Schmidt (Program Administrator for Supported Employment)
Space is limited and advance registration is required by Wednesday, March 2. Questions? Please contact Jennifer Ford.
*This session will NOT be eligible for recording or virtual attendance.*
