PROGRAM MANAGER (FULL time)

The Program Manager for the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with staff, the Board of Directors, and numerous program committees to implement strategic initiatives and programs that support the organization’s mission and outreach to the community. The Program Manager is responsible for bridging the needs of our members through the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of educational and social programs for diverse age groups. Other key duties include financial oversight, revenue generation, volunteer management, communications, advocacy, and community outreach.

The Program Manager must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have a passion for supporting and advocating for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. The ideal candidate will posses a shared vision that values diversity, inclusion, and promotes high expectations for all individuals. The Program Manager should have demonstrated success in working with individuals with IDD and feel confident in leading group programs independently with the support of volunteers. Bi-lingual English and Spanish is a plus.
