World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) is March 21, and the DSG invites you to celebrate with us! In reviewing feedback from our membership, we recognize that some are ready for socially distanced events, while others are not quite there yet, and that's ok. The DSG has put together several options for families to celebrate their loved ones this WDSD.

Celebrate from Anywhere:
Celebrating World Down Syndrome Day doesn't have to be big and can happen from anywhere. Whether you're joining us at the Dallas Zoo, sporting your WDSD apparel, rocking your silly socks, or celebrating in another creative way, we want to showcase you! Simply tag us in your photos and videos using #dsgwdsd21 for your chance to be featured on our social media channels. Need some creative ideas to help you get started?

• Walk or run 3.21 miles

• Sing or dance for 3 minutes and 21 seconds

• Do 3 sets of 21 jumping jacks, toe touches, etc.

• Paint and hide a WDSD themed rock in your neighborhood for someone to find

• Have a family picnic

• Spoil your kid with DS with all their favorite things

• Perform random acts of kindness

• Make a donation to the DSG in honor of your loved one with DS HERE
